Arabic calligrapher, Islamic artist, and the hand behind every stroke on this page. Based in Qatar — creating for the world.
Rabeea's artistic path began with a natural curiosity for the world around her, expressed through sketches of landscapes, seascapes, and monuments. One evening, during a period of personal reflection, she painted the words "Kun Fayakun" — Allah's words, "Be, and it is." The verse brought her unexpected clarity and peace, as though she was being heard, understood, and comforted through His words.
From that moment, her artistic focus shifted — from nature and portraiture to the verses of the Qur'an. Each verse she painted deepened her connection to her faith. She began reading the Qur'an not merely to recite, but to understand it fully — and in doing so, recognized that much of what she had inherited was cultural custom rather than religious teaching. This prompted her to relearn her faith independently, from its foundations. What she found was a faith so logical, profound, and emotionally resonant that she felt compelled to express it through her craft.
Every piece Rabeea creates carries a story. Behind each artwork lies careful research, reflection, and hours devoted to planning color palettes, composition, and meaning — all in service of the message it holds. For six years, she has practiced Arabic calligraphy and art, working across a range of materials and mediums to refine her craft.
Because these works carry something sacred, she uses only premium materials: acid-free cotton canvas, artist-grade acrylics, and occasionally watercolor and oil, finished with a high-quality sealing varnish to ensure that Allah's words remain protected and preserved for years to come.
Rabeea regards her artistic ability as a gift entrusted to her by Allah — one shaped through no formal training, no structured course, and no institutional degree, but developed entirely through independent practice and quiet devotion. She takes deliberate pride in this: choosing to let her talent remain a personal gift rather than a certified skill, refined stroke by stroke rather than taught lesson by lesson. To possess a mind capable of grasping the wonder of His creation, and hands capable of expressing it without formal instruction, is, to her, a responsibility as much as a privilege.
She believes this message and its beauty were never meant to remain confined to a single space or audience. Her vision extends beyond local recognition — to share this art with a global community, to bridge cultures through a universal language of faith and creativity, and to ensure that these timeless verses reach hearts far beyond her own. In doing so, she hopes to leave behind a body of work that speaks long after each piece is complete.

Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order or commission.
Every piece from Rabeea's Artistry is painted on premium acid-free cotton canvas with artist-grade acrylics, sealed with a high-quality varnish. With the right care, it will remain vibrant and intact for generations.
Acrylic paint has a slight electrostatic charge that naturally attracts dust. The varnish on Rabeea's pieces adds a protective layer, but regular gentle dusting is still recommended every few months.
Acrylic paint, while durable, can be dented or scratched with even light fingernail pressure. The paint layer is essentially a flexible polymer film over the canvas — treat it accordingly.
If you ever need to store the painting temporarily, follow these guidelines to keep it protected.
